CRIOS are automatic ageing tanks for ice cream mixes. Available in 4 models of different capacity, from 60+60 to 120 liters, its concepts of simplicity, praticity and reliability make CRIOS the best ageing tanks for the professional GELATO maker.
Models "R" can cool the mix from +85°C, to work in line with "HR" homogeneizers; while standard models shall accept mix not heater than 25°C.
The new INVERTER system, allows to adjust the mixer`s speed, always matching the right speed for any mix, with any viscosity, and with any loading of work. Cooling is delicate, and the mix is preserved always in optimal conditions. Any ageing temperature between +8 C and 0° C can be selected by the operator.
