ARGOS pasteurizers


ARGOS are automatic pasteurizers for ice cream mixes.

Available in 4 models of different capacity, from 30 to 120 liters, its concepts of simplicity, praticity and reliability make ARGOS the best pasteurizer for the professional GELATO maker.

ARGOS is equipped with an high efficiency mixer - emulsifier, that amalgamate and emulsify perfectly any kind of ice cream mix.

The new INVERTER system, allows to adjust the mixer`s speed, always matching the right speed for any mix, with any viscosity, and with any loading of work.

Heating and cooling are delicate, by means of the waterbath system, and the mix is pasteurized always in optimal conditions.

Any pasteurizing temperature between +65 C and +85 C can be selected by the operator.

Ultra silent compressor fully automatic cycle of work construction entirely
in stainless steel high quality components. EASYMIX system The driving of the main mixer is by a magnetic guide, axe-free and mantainance-free. Less components to disassemble and clean every day, and no wearing components to replace periodically. The axe-free EASYMIX system with the variable speed inverter drive, avoid completely the incorporation of air in the mix, and can be fitted perfectly to any quantity and kind of mix.
