MATRIX's HPM is a range of high pressure homogenizers and volumetric pumps with capacities ranging between 100 to 12'000 liters per hour.  The machines are completely assembled in the factory and ready for installation.  Before shipping, all machines are extensively tested for several hours and receive a written test protocol.  All machines are built according to CE regulations.

The following machine types are available:

·         Standard Version with fixed capacity, sanitary design, pumping piston gaskets not aseptic.

·         Special Version for aseptic production, pumping piston gaskets in aseptic execution.

·         Variable Capacities by means of a frequency converter.

·         Version with 2 homogenizing heads.

·         Version with homogenizing valves for abrasive (A) and non-abrasive (SA) products.

MATRIX Homogenizers can be used for all liquid products with temperatures between 0 to 160°C.  The product inlet pressure should be approx. 2 bar and should not contain air.
