Models TRILINE are multi functional equipments suitable to produce gelato, ice cream and sherbets quicly and with the best structure.
The mixer is equipped with a speed adjustment inverter and all the functions are managed by a complete PLC of last generation, that allows to save production parameters
under a specific recipe. The whole process of heating – pasteurization – cooling – freezing is completed in two separate vessels with the maximum hygiene and praticity.
The vertical pasteurizing cylinder allows to load ingredients easily and to check visually the process.
The horizontal freezing cylinder provide to shake and freezer the best gelato up to the right consistency.
The equipment is highly professional and very compact, and conglomerate in a single machine the functions of 3 equipments.
